Full Description:
What we value in life should be reflected in how we spend our time - but this isn’t always possible. This webinar will focus on work life balance and the small changes you can make in order to feel happier and more productive.

This comprehensive session is designed to assist participants with identifying the components of a healthy work-life balance. It will also incorporate components such as setting goals, optimistic thinking and time management with the aim to assist participants both personally and professionally.
