Brief: This seminar will focus on:
• The key insurance cover available to UQ staff and students for HSW incidents
• When to report incidents to Insurance and/or Legal Services
• A brief overview of the claims process, which will link into the importance of accurate recording of data at the time of an incident, preservation of evidence (e.g. CCTV), and the do’s and don’ts for HSW staff to think about when an incident occurs (from an insurance perspective)
