- The UQ Protein Expression Facility invites UQ Honours, Masters and Research Higher Degree students and UQ Research Staff to our 2020 Molecular Engineering Workshop.
With over a decade of experience generating thousands of cloned constructs, PEF specialists will present simple and effective strategies to help you:
• Understand the different cloning strategies and how to design primers
• Learn how to overcome the common challenges faced in molecular cloning
Plus special presentations from the Australian Genome Research Facility (AGRF) and New England Biolabs (NEB). Attendees will also have access to PEF specialists for any questions on protein expression, purification and characterisation at the end of workshop.

Who should attend?
The session is open to Honours, Masters and Research Higher Degree students and research staff.
Registration is essential as places are limited. Registrations close on Monday 2 March 2020, or when full. Light refreshments will be served at the conclusion of the workshop.
