Full Description:
Come and join us for the relaunch of the School of Human Movement and Nutrition Sciences Seminar series. The first session will be in two parts.

Introduction to the 2021 HMNS Theme-based Seminars : Prof John Cairney will focus broadly on the new HMNS research themes, by first giving an overview of the theme development and goals as an introduction.

Maternal and Child Health seminar: The second part will focus on the first theme of the year: Maternal and Child Health. Professors John Cairney and Helen Truby will showcase projects under development to encourage cross pollination and collaboration across the school, and beyond.

Speakers:
Professor John Cairney is the Head of School of Human Movement and Nutrition Sciences. He is an academic leader in the field of paediatric exercise medicine and child health research.
Professor Helen TrubyTruby is the Chair in Human Nutrition of the School of Human Movement and Nutrition Sciences, and also Chair of the Australian Academy of Science National Committee for Nutrition.
