- This live, interactive webinar is designed to help you adopt simple, practical mindfulness-based strategies into your everyday life, whether working at home, remotely or on-site. You will learn about the basics of mindfulness, its health benefits, how it works and get started straight away with a range of activities that you can use at anytime you need to relax and refresh your mind.
There are eight, 20 minute sessions in total. Bookings for each session must be made separately (go to the 'all dates' and select from the drop down list). A digital link will be provided in your confirmation email after registration.
