Full Description:
The Energy Express seminar series is designed to provide a monthly forum to present and discuss a range of energy-related topics and themes. The seminars are open events, and aim to bring together industry, government, and the broader UQ community including academics, researchers, students and alumni.
In this seminar co-hosted with the UQ Dow Centre for Sustainable Engineering Innovation and the Faculty of Engineering, Architecture and IT, Mr Rafael Cayuela (Corporate Chief Economist at Dow Chemicals, Switzerland) will share his views on Grand Challenges to 2050 and what this means for the engineering profession.
The seminar will be held on Wednesday, 7 October from 6:00–7:00pm in the GHD Auditorium, Advanced Engineering Building (49-200), followed by light refreshments until 8:00pm.
