- Please join the IMB Centre for Pain Research as we host a free presentation and reception during National Pain Week.
One in five Australians live with chronic pain. Scientists at the IMB Centre for Pain Research aim to improve quality of life for these people by understanding how the body feels pain and developing drugs and diagnostics to treat pain. Our research focuses on treating pain that is difficult to manage, such as neuropathic, diabetic, chemotherapy, and cancer pain.
