Professional posters are often a quick way to present ideas to busy executives and recruiters. During recruitment, candidates must ensure that they distinguish themselves from other applicants. This can be done in many ways e.g. exceptional resumes and letters of application, LinkedIn profiles, and also a visual about who you are and how you can add value to an organisation.

You are therefore required to prepare and submit an A1 poster introducing your abilities, experiences attributes and your personal brand. This poster may be used in your LinkedIn profile and for applications. Your poster should reflect upon and demonstrate: your experiences and learnings during your work placement; evidence of your strengths in the workplace and how you added value; your strengths and learnings from being a student; and how your experiences in placement will support your transition into your career and into being an effective employee.

At the end of the course, industry guests may be invited to a networking reception where all poster presentations will be displayed in a gallery setting. Poster presentations may be submitted at any time during the semester prior to the final due date.
