Course description

This course covers key theoretical principles and practical applications of communicating in the professional workplace. Topics include structuring and designing for readers on paper and online; creating credibility at word, sentence, paragraph, and document levels; revising, editing, and proofreading professional documents; and the influence of digital technologies on professional writing and editing.
