Course description

This course introduces Bayesian methods and their relationship to standard 'classical' statistical approaches, especially those based on likelihood methods; computational techniques in Bayesian methods for fitting hierarchical models to complex data structures. This course is part of the Biostatistics Collaboration of Australia. If you are not enrolled in a Biostatistics program at UQ, please contact the Program Director, Dr Michael Waller, to seek permission before enrolling.
