Course description
This course provides students with skills to support the development of inclusive communities. It will introduce students to the impact of societal attitudes, service systems, policies & legislation & the natural & built environment on people's participation in society. It will also provide students with skills in identifying people at risk of exclusion, the barriers to inclusion & how occupational therapists can contribute to the development of inclusive practices.
