Course description
This course will be discontinued from 2023, students should enrol into CIVL3520. This course will deliver the principles of project management in the context of civil engineering. This will include: work planning & control; scheduling, including critical path methods; internal and external costs (understanding, estimating and controlling); teams communication and team leadership; quality and safety culture; resources; professional ethics and Building Information Modelling for project management.
