The next stage of MyResearch currently in development will deliver a suite of functionality to manage and administer research activities such as for contract research, consultancy, competitive grants (including internal schemes) and strategic internal schemes. Click here for more information.

MyResearch Systems Training Hub

The MyResearch Systems Training Hub provides resources for researchers and ethics committee members in how to use the system. This includes how to apply for animal or human ethics approvals and manage your approved projects.

MyResearch updates

HOLIDAY PERIOD OFFICE CLOSURE
December 2023
The MyResearch helpdesk will close for buisiness on 22 December 2023 and re-open on Tuesday 2 January 2024. 

PLANNED SYSTEM OUTAGE
November 2023
The MyResearch System will be unavailable on Saturday 25 November 2023 between 7am and 11pm AEDT for server maintainence.

HE RATIFICATIONS/REGISTRATIONS
September 2023
Human Research Ratification/Registration of external approval applications can now be submitted by another user on behalf of the nominated UQ CI/Lead investigator.

MyResearch will be unavailable on Monday 24 July 2023 between 6am and 10am whilst we upgrade to the latest software version. Please ensure that you have saved any in-progress forms before this time. Apologies for any inconvenience.

Accessing MyResearch

MyResearch currently supports all UQ staff and PhD students (through UQ single sign on).

Other students (Including Masters, Honours, MD, DClinDent), Research Institute staff (Mater and TRI) and external collaborators need to request access to MyResearch.
