Enjoy the ultimate in sustainable eating at The University of Queensland tomorrow (Wednesday, 20 August) at a solar-powered native barbecue.

The UQ Landcare Club will serve kangaroo, crocodile and emu sausages, all cooked using the power of sunshine outside the Global Change Institute.

The event is part of Sustainability Week. The Landcare group aims to raise awareness about the sustainability of native meats.
