Chancellors' Place road repairs, which have been managed through UQ's Property and Facilities Division, have now been completed with both the road and bus stops to be reopened as at 7am on Monday, December 19, 2011, a week earlier than expected.
All bus services temporarily relocated during these road repairs will return to the Chancellors' Place bus stop also as at 7am on Monday, December 19, 2011.
Brisbane City Council will have a Customer Liaison Officer in attendance during peak periods on Monday, December 19, 2011, to assist bus commuters and bus drivers with the changes associated with the reopening of the Chancellors' Place road and bus stop.
The area was closed from Monday, November 21, this year, and bus stops temporarily relocated to both Upland Road and Hawken Drive, to permit road works to repair deterioration caused by a large volume of bus and vehicle traffic into Chancellors' Place.
