If you want to get your career moving or simply change your direction, now is the time to apply for mid-year entry to UQ.

With a range of programs and courses available, UQ can help you gain the qualifications you need to achieve your career goals.

UQ Admissions Manager Mina Singh said applications for mid-year entry were now open.

"There are many exciting programs on offer at UQ Ipswich, UQ Gatton and at the St Lucia campus," she said.

Studying at UQ will assist to enhance your employability and ensure that you are in high demand as a graduate.

To find out all you need to know about studying at UQ, there will be a Mid-Year Advice Night held in May for both domestic and international students.

UQ Student Recruitment Manager Dr Jessica Gallagher said that faculty and division representatives would be available at the information night to talk to prospective students and answer any questions that they might have about commencing study at UQ.

Ms Singh said there were over 40 undergraduate programs in nine study areas available for mid-year admission at the St Lucia, Ipswich and Gatton campuses, with a full list of available courses on the UQ and QTAC websites.

Ms Singh said many postgraduate programs were also available for prospective students, with details available at www.uq.edu.au/study.

Applications for the early-June offer round close on May 20, while applications for the late offer round will be accepted until June 9. Late applications will be accepted up until July 18.

The Mid-Year Advice Night will be held on Wednesday May 13, from 6 - 7.30pm at the UQ Centre, St Lucia campus. Separate information sessions for domestic and international students will be presented on the night.
