- UQ Wellness: Four Week Mindfulness Course
Mindfulness is a practice that can help you develop better control over attention and a feeling of calm presence in your busy life.
This four week mindfulness program consists of four weekly one hour sessions to learn and implement the practice of Mindfulness.
Course:
Week One: 4 September
- Introduction to Mindfulness and Mindfulness Practice
Week Two: 11 September
- Mindfulness for stress reduction
Week Three: 18 September
-Cultivating self-compassion
Week Four: 25 September
- Gratitude and Mindfulness Practice
You will need to be able to commit to all four weeks of classes. Your registration will cover the entire course.
The more you practice, the greater the benefits. If you want to learn how to hit the pause button on your brain and be more present in your life, then this program is for you.
