Be Inspired with Laughter Yoga

Laughter yoga is a powerful tool helping to reduce workplace stress and create happy and energetic workplaces. It has nothing to do with jokes and comedy, or indeed physical yoga poses, and everything to do with wellbeing. Developed by an Indian physician laughter yoga involves gentle stretching, hand clapping, deep slow breaths and sustained laughter exercises.
Some of the more common physical and psychological health benefits attributed to laughter yoga
include:
• Stress relief
• Light cardio exercise
• Immune system booster
• Lowers high blood pressure
• Eases anxiety
• Improves lung capacity
• Sharpens focus
• Encourages creative problem-solving
