Full Description:: The question “Am I ready” seems so full of self-doubt and disempowerment, yet it is the question women will so often ask to ensure they have all the boxes ticked. Join an international panel of female academics discuss career progression and development especially in senior management roles for women at The University of Queensland. This free event will consist of four 12 minute talks followed by a moderated panel and is open to the whole UQ community (including DAF adjuncts and associates).
