- This talk will focus on bacterial respiratory pathogens of pigs (with emphasis on Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae). The talk will highlight the power of whole genome sequencing for identification of diagnostic and vaccine candidates, as well as antimicrobial resistance genes. It also demonstrates the benefits of forming consortia with complementary skills.
