Students who meet the eligibility and selection criteria are invited to submit an application for the 2011-2012 UQ Young Scholars Program.

Applicants are required to complete an online application form and submit appropriate supporting documentation by post, including:

  • A printed copy of the confirmation email  (NOT your online application) sent to you by The University of Queensland by email after you lodged your form, complete with relevant signatures,
  • Copy of Semester 1, Year 11 School Report,
  • 300 word typed personal statement, and
  • Evidence of financial hardship (if applicable).

Applications must be received by UQ by 5pm Friday, 12 August 2011.

Late applications will not be considered.  Students will be notified of the outcome of their application in late August 2011.
