Payment

Our fees are comparable to other veterinary practices in the region though we are able to offer many other services. Please note we do not offer accounts – fees must be paid in full at the time of service. Unfortunately we can no longer accept cheques. In some situations, clients may be able to apply for Care Credit, a form of financing offered by GE Credit. We must emphasise that approval for your application rests with GE, not the Veterinary Medical Centre. If your application is approved, you then repay GE over 3–6 months.

The Clinic will accept

On completion of a consultation, or discharge of your pet, you are required to pay the balance of your account in full.

If your pet is admitted for treatment or further tests, or hospitalised, you will need to pay half of the estimated quote upon admission. The balance is due upon discharge of your pet.

Should you be entitled to a discount, you must present your relevant discount card at each consultation.

If you do not finalise charges upon completion of a consultation, or discharge of your pet, you will forfeit any discount you may have been entitled to. This includes counter sales of food or other products
