Dogs and Cats

We offer the same services that general community practices offer, such as desexing, vaccinations, dentistry, medical and surgical consultations, and non-specialist medical and surgical procedures.

While the Veterinary Medical Centre is not a specialist referral centre, our facilities allow us to perform procedures that many other practices are unable to offer, such as ultrasound, endoscopy, and ‘high risk’ anaesthesia (elderly or ill patients).

Our anaesthesia team is led by a board-certified anaesthetist and we are supported by a team of medical and surgical veterinary specialists in Brisbane and can refer or discuss complicated cases with them

Birds, Reptiles, and Exotic Pets

Dr Bob Doneley is one of only two registered bird medicine specialists in Queensland, and has nearly 30 years experience treating birds. Medical, endoscopic and surgical procedures are available, as is general husbandry advice and behavioural counselling.

Dr Doneley has over a decade of experience in treating reptiles, small mammals, amphibians and fish. We are happy to see these animals and offer medical and surgical solutions to many problems.
