Report all accidents including chemical and biological spills, injuries and unsafe conditions to supervisor. Forms could be found under left hand column “Injury, Illness & Incident Reporting System". Also inform all hazards to School OH&S Officer as they may need to complete a hazard report form for action.

Appropriate Spill Kits, Standard Operating procedures (SOPs), Risk Assessments and MSDS should be available for each area.
