Please ensure all your pets are restrained at all times within the clinic; dogs on a leash and cats in a carry cage. This is for their safety and the safety of other animals in the clinic.
All rights in copyright of all records, including radiographs, photographs and samples made by the University shall remain the property of the University of Queensland.
Records including radiographs, photographs and samples may be used in a confidential manner for the purpose of research and teaching to the benefit of animal health / welfare and student education. If you would prefer your records not to be used for this purpose, please see our reception staff.
The information the Small Animal Clinic and Veterinary Teaching Hospital collects is for the primary purpose of enabling the clinic to generate an individual file, to record patient history and treatment. Your information will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to a third party without your consent unless disclosure is authorised or required by law. You have a right to access personal information that the University holds about you, subject to any exceptions in relevant legislation.
