Payment Plans GE Credit Care

To help us operate our clinic smoothly and provide the best possible service, payment for veterinary services is required on the day of service. However your pet is of the utmost priority to the UQ Veterinary Medical Centre and we have GE Care Credit available for those who be unable to pay account at time of discharge.

If your pet has an emergency and you find yourself are unable to pay on the day  of service, you will need to apply for Care Credit. Care Credit provides flexible payment plans for the immediate treatment of your pet. Care Credit has interest free and extended Payment Plans that allow you to begin your pet's treatment now and pay later. For more information, ask our staff or visit www.carecredit.com.au.

You will be provided with a Care Credit ‘Conditions of Use’ booklet and information on how best to spread your payments.  In order to ensure you are not charged extra interest, you must be sure to pay the balance of your account to Care Credit within the interest free period that you specify, not just the minimum amount each month.

The quickest way to complete this application is to log on to www.carecredit.com.au online.

Please note:- In the event that you are declined for Care Credit unless  you are able to provide alternative payment we will be unable to progress with treatment.

The UQ Veterinary Medical Centre hopes that by providing this service assists you in those potentially difficult times while ensuring your pet can receive the best  possible treatment.
