Education Memorial Program

Each year hundreds of owners have to make the difficult decision to euthanise their old or terminally ill pet. These animals have made a great contribution to their owner’s lives and parting with them can cause owners a great sense of loss.

One way many owners find meaning in the loss of their pet is by donating their pet’s remains to the teaching of veterinary students through The Queensland University Education Memorial Program (EMP).
