HSQC of 15N-labeled cyclotides kalata B1 and B2 Heteronuclear single quantum coherence (HSQC) spectra of purified 15N kalata B1 (grey) and 15N kalata B2 (black). The assignments for kalata B2 were established using a HSQC-TOCSY spectrum (data not shown) and are marked. The spectra were recorded at different resolutions in F1 to help visually distinguish the two sets of peaks in the overlay.
