The School of Agriculture and Food Sciences within the Faculty of Sciences at The University of Queensland is a research and teaching hub committed to finding solutions to world issues such as diminishing natural resources, climate change, biosecurity, poverty and feeding a growing population.

The School has research expertise in the areas of agribusiness, animals, food, plants, soils and wildlife with an applied biotechnology and agricultural focus. School researchers work collaboratively to provide a comprehensive approach to their research.
