	Biography

Professor Gillian Whitlock’s research interests include autobiography and biography, postcolonial studies, and women's writing.

Her current research includes memoir in contemporary Australian writing, settlers in postcolonial criticism, and Australian biography.

She is the author of:

• The Intimate Empire. Reading Women's Autobiography.
