 Biography

Dr Traub's research interests lie in the distribution, diagnosis and control of animal parasites that may be potentially transmissible to humans, either directly or via food and water.

Dr Traub is a veterinary surgeon specialising in Veterinary Public Health, with an emphasis on the epidemiology and control of parasitic zoonoses. Her primary research interests lie in the molecular epidemiology of zoonotic parasitic infections in developing countries, including the development and field application of high-throughput molecular diagnostic techniques.
