Wellbeing and resilience Dr Helen Stallman is a Senior Lecturer in Clinical Psychology in the Schools of Medicine and Pharmacy. Helen’s research area is resilience and wellbeing. Her work has been focussed on the prevention of behavioural and emotional problems in children and adolescents and the mental health of university students. Helen is also involved in research in the online delivery of mental health prevention and treatment programs.
Helen has lead the development of programs that promote success and wellbeing in university students. These include: thedesk, The Learning Thermometer, and Staying on Track. Helen is also the lead author on the Family Transitions Triple P program – a program designed to promote positive outcomes for children and parents following separation and divorce.
