 Biography

Dr. Jiangning Song's research interests are in Bioinformatics: disulfide connectivity prediction, heat shock protein prediction, proline cis/trans isomerization prediction, protein-protein interaction prediction, residue contact prediction, protein folding rate estimation, as well as protein subcellular localization prediction.

Dr. Jiangning Song held a B.E. degree in Biotechnology and a Ph.D. degree in Bioinformatics from Southern Yangtze University, Wuxi, China.

He is currently a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Advanced Computational Modelling Centre (ACMC), The University of Queensland. His supervisor is ARC Federation Fellow, Professor Kevin Burrage. His major is in Bioinformatics and Computational Molecular Biology.
