I am currently working in the Cat Ba Biosphere Reserve (CBBR) Pilot Project I hold a Bachelor of Agri. Economics (NEU, Vietnam), a Master of Agri. Business (Adelaide Uni., Australia), and PhD in the field of Natural and Rural Systems Management (UQ, Australia). I am a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the School of Integrative Systems (SIS), UQ. Besides working in the CBBR pilot project as my main role, I also serve in the advisory teams of three PhD students as well as several other service roles in the School. In addition, I assist Professor Kambiz Maani in coordinating and teaching two courses at UQ (ENVM7523 – Systems Thinking for Sustainability, postgraduate level and ENVM3526 – Systems Thinking - System Dynamics: Managing Complexity in a Changing World, undergraduate level). I have gained academic experience by working as a tutor and teaching assistant for various subjects taught at SIS, UQ since 2005. Practically, I have achieved rich experience from my involvement in a number of rural development and farming systems projects both in Vietnam and Australia.
