 Biography

Research interests include providing Occupational therapy services in an appropriate and effective way to Australian Indigenous families, helping OT students become more culturally sensitive and clinical reasoning and supervision within paediatric occupational therapy practice

Alison has been working within the Children's Life Skills Clinic in the Division of Occupational Therapy since 1998. She completed a research masters in 2000 entitled "We just want to walk beside you: Practice guidelines for occupational therapists working with urban Indigenous children". Has published in this area and in the area of service provision in paediatric OT
