	Biography

Specialist in medical devices for physiological control.

Dr Mason specialises in physiological control. Since earning his PhD in Biomedical Engineering with University of Melbourne 1990, he has worked with several medical device companies and UK universities investigating novel physiological classification and control strategies. This research field encompasses complex systems characterisation and control; uncertain, nonlinear and time-varying. Publications before working with UQ are listed here :-
