Martina Linnenluecke is a lecturer at UQ Business School. Her research explores organizational strategic adaptation and resilience to global climate change, specifically to the expected increase in the number and severity of extreme weather events. Martina is recipient of the Carolyn Dexter Best International Paper Award (Academy of Management, 2008). Martina is also the recipient of a University of Queensland International Research Award and of a Smart State Ph.D. Research Grant from the Queensland State Government, Department of the Premier and Cabinet.
