	Biography

Dr Jensen teaches the law of trusts. He researches in the areas of trusts, equitable remedies and the taxonomy of private law with particular emphasis upon equitable obligations.

Dr Jensen was appointed to the Law School staff in 1996. Since joining the Law School, Dr Jensen has published in a variety of law journals, including the Adelaide Law Review, the University of Queensland Law Journal and the Singapore Journal of Legal Studies. Dr Jensen's doctoral thesis considered the equitable doctrines used by Australian courts to resolve disputes arising out of informal property sharing arrangements.
