 Biography

Han Huang is a professor in mechanical engineering at The University of Queensland. His research areas are mainly concerned with nanomanufacturing, modelling and characterization of nano-structured materials and development of MEMS-based sensor technologies.

Han has received a number of prestigious research accolades, including the National Technology Award in Singapore, the ARC Australian Research Fellowship, the JSPS Invitation Fellowship, the ARC Future Fellowship and the Queensland International Felloship. He published more than 160 refereed technical papers, 2 books and 4 book chapters. He has editorial roles in several international journals and is an Active Member of International Committee of Abrasive Technology and an Executive Board Member of International Society of Nanomanufacturing.
