	Biography

Professor Peter Drummond’s research interests are in the fields of: quantum many-body theory, quantum optics, computational physics, photonics and information and quantum solitons.

He received his PhD from The University of Waikato, New Zealand in 1979. His chief research projects are in the areas of:
Bose-Einstein Condensation and ultracold fermions
Quantum Dynamics
Quantum Solitons
Quantum optics
Photonics
Quantum Information
