	Biography

Neil was appointed as a Senior Lecturer in the School of Pharmacy in September 2001. He was the Assistant Director of Pharmacy (Clinical) at the Royal Brisbane Hospital and a Clinical Senior Lecturer in the School of Pharmacy. Neil has lectured on the undergraduate course and supervised QUM students in the hospital. He lectures on the Diploma/MSc course and has been involved in developing the Diploma and D Clin Pharm courses.

Neil is an experienced clinical pharmacist practitioner and manager and he worked in a number of major teaching hospitals in the United Kingdom before his move to Australia in 1998. He has practised as a clinical pharmacist in the areas of cardiology, renal, endocrine, intensive care and general medicine. During this time Neil had joint appointments at Aston University and Manchester University where he was a conjoint lecturer teaching both undergraduates and postgraduates.
