	Biography

Professor Justin Cooper-White’s research interests are in the fields of Tissue Engineering and Biomaterials Processing, Microfluidics and Rheology and Non-Newtonian Fluids.

He received his PhD at the University of Queensland in 2000. His team of 10 postdoctoral fellows and 16 PhD students have research projects in the areas of Tissue Engineering, Biosurface Engineering, Microfluidics and Advanced Food Processing.
