Dr Aminossadati of the School of Mechanical and Mining Engineeirng at The University of Queensland left his native country Iran in 1992 with a BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering. He finished his MSc in 1994 and completed his PhD in the field of air flow analysis in gas turbines in 1999. He now puts his fluid mechanics expertise to use as a lecturer and researcher. He has gained international recognition for his work on underground mine ventilation and heat management.
