Navigating Profiles
UQ reSEARCHers Home

Profiles

All profiles in UQ reSEARCHers have a similar look and feel, designed to make navigation simple and consistent. The left hand menu displays the available profile information categories and the centre screen displays information in the current selected category. You can use the left hand menu to return to the UQ reSEARCHers home page, to go to the search or browsing pages or view marked records and subscriptions.

The centre screen displays the Unit Profile or Researcher Biography by default. Click on other options to view the associated content (for example, Units may have available information such as Contacts, Projects, etc.) An individual researcher will have similar categories. For a list of what is contained under each category, see the Glossary. Another option available is the Print Profile. This will generate a downloadable document from selected categories for the current unit or researcher. To use this option, click Print Profile, then deselect any categories you do not want (all are selected by default). Click Download Print Profile – after a few moments you will be asked to open or save the profile. It is recommended that you save before viewing. Choose a filename and location and click Save.
