What are Reports?

Reports are used to generate a large amount of information about a unit at once, allowing you to access it by HTML or as a downloadable spreadsheet. It is useful if you want to get a quick snapshot of all the unit members and the status of their profiles on UQ reSEARCHers.

How to generate a Report

Click 'Reports' on the left hand menu, then select the type of report (usually a Unit Summary Report). A drop-down list will appear with all of the units that you administer. Select the unit using this list, then choose either the Generate HTML or CSV Download button. Choosing Generate HTML displays the information in the centre screen. If you choose CSV Download, it is recommended that you save the file and then open it. The name of the unit is used as a filename by default.

Unit Summary Report

The unit summary report is generated for a particular unit, and lists all the unit members, their username, membership category, whether or not they are a primary member of the unit, when they first accepted the privacy statement and the status of their profile.
