What are Facilities?

Facilities include specialised laboratories and equipment that the University either owns or has access to. This includes a diverse range of facilities from hypersonic expansion shock tunnels to MRI machines to horticultural farms.

If you have a facility that you would like to appear with a profile in UQ reSEARCHers, send an email including the Title of the facility to UQ reSEARCHers (rps@uq.edu.au). Please Note: If you do not administer any facilities, the option does not appear on the left hand side of the screen. To edit sections of a facility profile you administer, choose Facility from the left hand menu, then select the name of the facility. A list of categories appears. Click on the related sections below for more information on these categories and how to edit them:
