| UQMC - UQ Mountain Club |
Membership to the club is $40 for a semester and $70 for a year*. UQ Sport membership is not required in order to join UQMC.
When you join you are provided insurance on all club activities and it means you can get an official club logbook which will in turn give you access,in varying degrees depending on competency, to all the club gear which includes trad gear, quickdraws, ropes & harnesses. We will also subsidise courses every now and then for members.
Membership can be paid anytime at the front counter of UQ Sport (Building 25 at UQ). Simply walk into UQ Sport and tell them you wish to pay your membership for UQ Mountain Club you'll also need to fill out a membership form.
*Membership is for a single calendar year and is not refundable unless under extenuating circumstances which will be at the discretion of the executive committee.
