Accessibility features allows users who either cannot use a mouse or prefer not to use one to navigate the site using the keyboard instead.
Access Keys
Most browsers (Internet Explorer 4+ (PC), Internet Explorer 5+ (MAC), Mozilla, Firefox, Netscape 6+, Opera 7) support jumping to specific links by typing keys defined on the web site.
On Windows, you can press ALT + an access key; on Macintosh, you can press Control + an access key.

The Skip Navigation link using accesskey [0], provide users using keyboard navigation with a way of moving directly to the content of the page without having to move through all the navigation links first.

All content images on this site include descriptive ALT attributes. Purely decorative graphics include null ALT attributes.
