You may find that the courses you intended to study at the host university are either full, or no longer available, or you may find you need to change the courses that you intended to study for some other reason.

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU COMMUNICATE ANY CHANGES TO YOUR CHOICE OF COURSES AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO YOUR UQ FACULTY.

If for any reason you need to alter the choice of courses you enrol in at your host university, please complete the following steps:

NB: All course changes must be approved by your UQ faculty.

Please send an email to your UQ Faculty and CC in uqabroad@uq.edu.au. You will need to flag the email as High Importance and give it the following Subject Line: Urgent Course Approval - Host University - Semester of exchange - UQ Student ID number

In the email please ensure you include the following information:
1) Your Full Name and Student ID Number
2) Your Current Program at UQ
3) The Course Code, Title and Credit Weighting of all of the courses you wish to take at your host university and the UQ Course you hope to receive credit for (if elective just write ‘elective’ and the level). You should also attach course profiles of the relevant host university courses.
4) Please identify on the list you provide to your faculty which courses you are seeking approval for, and which you have already gained approval for.
5) The deadline by which you must have these course changes approved (the date of when course enrolment at your host university must be finalised).
