Students whose first language is not English do not need to provide proof of English language ability at the application stage to the University of Oslo, provided they meet the following criteria:

"Applicants who have completed a minimum of one year's university studies in academic subjects with English as the language of instruction in UK, USA, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand or Australia."
